COUGAR does not provide international warranty service.
The warranty service shall be provided in the original country of purchase.

How do I set up macros/shortcuts/etc.?
I want to execute a macro while simultaneously pressing another button. The other button's input stops being registered when I start the macro. Why?

The macro system has been created to reproduce exactly the input you recorded originally. In order to achieve this and avoid any interference, all other input from that device will be stopped.

My UIX System compatible mouse/keyboard is behaving abnormally/not responding. What can I do?

Please export your UIX settings (an update will clear them) and download and install the latest version of UIX from here http://cougargaming.com/downloads/

Where are the drivers and UIX System for? Mouse: Minos X3/Minos X2/Minos X1/200M. Keyboard: Ultimus/Ultimus RGB/Vantar/Deathfire/Deathfire EX/600K/300K/200K.

These models do not support UIX software. They are driver-free products and you don’t need to install any software before using them.
* Minos X3/300K/600K are driver-free but you can update their firmware.

How can I export a profile with my current settings and re-import it to UIX after an update?

2. Please choose the profile you want to use
3. Export the Profile to your designated storage space.
4. After your reinstall, please import the saved Profile.
5. Get back to UIX main page, choose the desired profile and click Apply

The "Scroll Lock" key or other keys on my keyboard don't respond

How can I restore the default settings?

AttackX3 RGB/AttackX3/450K
Reset the settings: Press FN + F1/F2/F3 for 3 sec.

I didn't type anything and the keyboard started inputting random characters. Some key(s) produce double input. How do I solve this?

We do not sell individual components/spare parts. If the problem was already present when you purchased the product, please bring it back to the store in which you purchased it. The reseller or retail store will check if it’s covered by the warranty policy.
Do Deathfire, Deathfire EX, Vantar store my backlight configuration?
These models won’t store the backlight settings and will go back to their default configuration every time you restart the computer.

What can I do if the water block not work?

Please check the temperature of the system is over heat or not. If so, please check for RMA. A little sound of motor is absolutely normal.

If I try all of suggest and still not work, what can I do?

Please check the battery of remote controller is out of power or not. Trough the top of controller, you can see the indicator turns red when pressing the controller. If not, that means the battery inside the controller has been dead. Please put an new CR2025/CR2032 battery to let it work again.

How can I adjust the height?

Use the rocker switch to adjust the desk until the desk reaches the preferred height.

How can I reset the desk?

Users must conduct a reset when the desk operated for the first time. Simultaneously press button 3 and 4 for 8 seconds. Continue pressing the buttons until both columns are in lowest position. When finished with the reset, the control box makes a beep sound and the buttons can be released. Then, the display will show starting height.

How can I set the memorized position?

Simultaneously press the preferred memory buttons (1,2,3,4) with scrolling down or up knob switch for 3 seconds, once the display shows P1 or P2 or P3 or P4, means the position is memorized. Then, just press button 1,2,3 or 4 to move desk to memorized position.

How can I preset the desk starting height?
  1. Use the rocker switch until the desk reaches its lowest position and then release button. Re-press the rocker switch again for 5 seconds and the digital display will flash for 10 seconds.
  2. Adjust the starting height number through the rocker switch.
  3. After 10 seconds, the display will stop flashing and this will confirm that you have successfully set the starting height.
Can I switch metric and imperial unit?
  1. Press memory buttons 1, 2 and 4 for 5 seconds.
  2. The digital display will show “C-I”. If there is no further instruction operated within 5 seconds, the system will go to the normal operation mode.
  • How to choose a metric unit?
    Press the button 2, the digital display will show “C” to stand for centimeter.
  • How to choose an imperial unit?
    Press the button 3, the digital display will show “I” to stand for inch.

Power Saving Function - Waking up the Control​
  • If no buttons have been pressed for 25 seconds, the display goes off. Press any button to light up the display again.
  • If no button has been pressed for 30 seconds, the system goes to <0.1W standby mode. Long press any button to wake up the system. The digital display will show desk height again.
What are dual motors?

ROYAL series desks are designed with dual motors, which means each leg has a motor inside. This makes our desks quieter, stronger, safer, and more stable than desks with a single motor that operates both legs.

Can I assemble this desk by myself?

You may need a friend to help you flip the desk upright and move it to your desired location after assembly.
