HIGH PERFORMANCE

Efficiency

The GEM series features a highly efficient design that surpasses the 80Plus Gold standard, to help you save money on your electricity bill.

Full Output 40°c

The GEM series has been designed and thoroughly tested to perform optimally in 40ºC working temperature environments. The temperature inside a small PC chassis tends to be higher than usual.

Durability

The GEM’s LLC, DC-DC, and Tri-Sense(3.3V, 5V, and 12V) designs have been created to provide high-quality outputs.
Thanks to the exquisite CLASS F transformer, the GEM series features a reliable performance.
The 105°C Japanese capacitors for main and standby power are ensuring to keep providing a computer with a durable electrical supply.

LOW FAN NOISE

0db Switch

Zero Fan Mode is the option for fan idling during low to medium loads which are controlled by a switch on the back panel of PSU. When the 0-dB switch is at the “ON” position, the Zero Fan Mode will be activated.

Smart Zero Fan

The fan will be set in motion when the PSU loading is going over 30% for minimizing fan noise.

HDB FAN

Using COUGAR’s exclusive 120mm silent fan, the advanced frame increase the concentration of air-flow and its fan curvature has been fine-tuned to reduce vibration at any loads.

EASY PC BUILDS

Compact Size: for All PC Cases

At 140mm in length, GEM is one of the most compact fully modular PSU. This means it will fit in a wide range of cases, and give you additional flexibility for building your PC.

Fully Modular Cables / Flat Cables

Connect only the cables you need, reducing cable clutter and friction and improving the airflow and the ease of installation of DIY solutions.

Protection

UVP (Under Voltage Protection)

If the voltages fall below a certain tolerance value on the single lines, the PSU automatically switches off.

OCP (Overcurrent Protection)

If the current on a single line is higher than indicated, the PSU automatically switches off.

SCP (Short-Circuit Protection)

In the case of a short-circuit, this feature prevents damage to the core components of the PSU and its System components.

OVP (Over Voltage Protection)

If the voltages increase above a certain tolerance value on the single lines, the PSU automatically switches off.

OTP (Over Temperature Protection)

If the temperature gets too high, the PSU automatically switches off.

OPP (Over Power Protection)

If the system is oversized and requires more power from the PSU than it can provide, this protection function is activated.
